Who We Are

meuquotes (meuquotes.com) is a consumer information and quote-request website owned and operated by Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group), a licensed insurance agency headquartered at 1300 Old Congress Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. We are not an insurance company; policies are issued by the carriers we are appointed with. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

What We Collect

  • Quote and contact forms: name, phone, email, ZIP code or state, date of birth or age range, the coverage you are asking about, and any notes you type.
  • Calls, texts and emails: what you tell our licensed insurance agents; calls may be recorded.
  • Applications: when you apply, the carrier's own application collects what underwriting requires (which may include health history, Social Security number and payment details) on the carrier's or platform's secure system — not on this site.
  • Automatically: standard hosting logs (IP address, browser, pages, timestamps) kept by our host (Vercel) for security; small preferences stored in your browser; fonts loaded from Google Fonts (which receives your IP address). We do not run advertising trackers unless we tell you here first.

How We Use It

  • To respond to your request, prepare quotes and help you apply.
  • To contact you by phone, text or email about the products you asked about, under the consent you gave on the form.
  • To meet licensing, carrier and record-keeping obligations.

Who We Share It With

  • Our licensed insurance agents at Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group), who handle your request. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other agencies for their own marketing. If that ever changes, the company will be named in the consent box before you submit a form.
  • Insurance carriers and quoting platforms you choose to apply with; they handle your data under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers (CRM, phone/texting, email, hosting) under contracts that limit their use of your data.
  • Regulators and auditors when required by law or carrier contracts.

Our forms include an unchecked consent box. Checking it is your electronic signature authorizing Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group) and its licensed insurance agents to call, text and email you about the products you asked about — including with an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice, and text messages — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is never a condition of purchase: you can get the same help by calling 561-339-0727. We record the exact consent text you saw, its version, the date and time, the page and your device information as evidence of your consent.

Text-Message Program Terms

  • Program: meuquotes quote and application reminders from Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group).
  • Frequency: up to 6 messages per month; frequency varies with your request.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation message.
  • Help: reply HELP, email Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com or call 561-339-0727.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How To Stop Contact

Revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — reply STOP, say so on a call, email Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com, or call 561-339-0727. We honor revocations within 10 business days (usually much sooner), and a marketing opt-out stops all marketing calls and texts from us.

Retention

Quote requests and consent records are kept at least 5 years; application records for the period carriers and state law require; hosting logs for the period set by our host.

Your Rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws may have additional rights; email Compliance@NovavidaGroup.com.

Security, Children, Changes

The site is served over HTTPS; sensitive application data is entered on carrier systems. This site is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. When this policy changes we update the effective date above.
